TAFSIR IBN KATHIR: BIOGRAPHY OF WRITER AND SPECIALIST IN TAFSIR
Tafsir or Quran is the principal and first source of the shariah. Islamic jurists analyzed this source in extracting and introducing legal decisions. Alongside the Mufassir the Muhaddis (experts of Hadith) also exerted tremendous efforts in finding and extracting legal decisions. Although the Mufassir study within the scope of the Quran, collecting the Quran, managing compilation, scrutinizing the chain of narration and accuracy of the text. Abul Fida Ismail ibn umar Ibn Kathir (707-774) was one of those who studied vigorously the application of Quran, in deriving shariah rulling. Along with compilation of Quran, illustration, he also played a vital role in deriving shariah ruling in the light of Quran. He authored many worthy books in this field too on top of that he was also a great scholar of Quran. This paper presents his invaluable contribution in deriving shariah ruling. The narrative method was applied in writing this paper. Many documents including the Quranic text and Hadith and major books in this field were also referred. The current paper ultimately evaluates the huge contribution of Abul Fida Ismail ibn Umar ibn Kathir in the field of Shari ‘ah ruling.

With the increasing importance of competition, countries but also achieve sustainable competitive advantage in the international arena they are looking for ways to do it. All the families who have settled after the riverbank erosion in Padmapukur village have been faced the disaster. It has been found that even after the breakdown, changes in the different elements of the family have been made during the breakdown. However, research has shown that changes in various aspects of life are observed before the river erosion everywhere. It has been found in the study that there is no family that has become financially viable, rather than their socioeconomic status has become more deteriorated day after day. And through this changing situation, people of Padmapukur village are trying to stay on their own homesteads with the last penny of life. During the erosion of the river, it has been observed that a broad difference is seen between the present and previous profession. It has been found that during the breakdown of the river, the villagers who have been victims of river erosion, even lost the arable land, have taken shelter in nearby villages, Upazillas or adjacent districts. However, many of them have settled on the previous land, but this has been possible when the transit was created after the breakdown. However, in these cases, there can be no specific change in social status. Among these divergent conditions, the people Padma Pukur have been staying. Research has found that despite the repeated disruption of riverbank erosion, people try to adopt with their short-term and long-term procedures. But in this case, people are not seen to be very vocal. But government and non-governmental organizations play a helpful role.
